This scholarship is also known as the Past Department President’s Memorial Scholarship. 

 It is a scholarship available for descendant of a veteran – deceased or in financial need.  The applicant must be a Pennsylvania resident and plan on attending an accredited school  for Nurses Training.

The award is in the amount of $1200.  It is payable the first year of $400, the next two (2) years, each for $400.  The application process includes an essay concerning motivation for entering the Nursing profession. 

Deadline for the application is April 1, 2012.
