The national organization of the American Legion Auxiliary offers a scholarship for a non-traditional student.  The amount awarded is $1,000 for the candidate.

The applicant must be a Legion family member- The American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary, or the Sons of the American Legion.  They shall have their dues paid for the last two (2) preceding years along with their current membership in their respective organization.

Deadline is March 1, 2012.
