The Chairman is asking Auxiliary members to provide newspaper articles and pictures to her. Please include Unit’s name and number, along with the newspaper’s name, and the date it was printed. Also include a brief description of the event.
The goal of Public Relations is to promote, publicize and re-educate the general public and our members about our core program values of serving Veterans and their families. The general public can not be aware or learn about the American Legion Auxiliary if it does not publicise about what is does or what it stands for.
Objectives for the year are:
1. To promote and publicize the American Legion Auxiliary and it’s programs.
2. Achieve a 15% increase in the total number of Press Books submitted by the Department Chairman.
