Legion College
Legion College will be held at Cumberland Valley High School on October 30th. Legion College in the West will be on November 6th at Latrobe. For information and reservation form, click here.
The objectives for the Leadership Program:
| 1. To have better motivated members are officers. |
| The duties should be presented in depth and stressed the importance of being prepared to carry forth these duties |
| 2. A better understanding of the Constitution and Bylaws and the difference from Standing Rules. |
| Units and Councils are encouraged to submit a copy of their Bylaws to the Constitution & Bylaws Chairman, Leadership Chairman and the Department Parliamentarian |

Mentorship
The American Legion Auxiliary has a mentorship program to assist officers and members become more informed in our organization. This program is to assist younger, less experienced members to partner up with someone more experience in the ALA, programs and the workings of the organization. It not only assists the partnership but also the Unit but building a better and stronger foundation. Forms for the Mentor Program can be viewed/printed here.
