The Centre, Lycoming Clinton Council meeting was held on November 18, 2009 in Milesburg.  Department President barb Mills was the guest speaker.

Norma Jean Alexander is President of ALA Unit # 251 Montgomery and Karen Neary is   of ALA Unit # 251 and of course President Barb.
